@giffengrabber It definitely is. It didn't have to be. #GlusterFS had very early #Kubernetes support, initially being one of the only methods of supporting RWX, alongside NFS.
Thinking about that "Scale" part in the product name of #TrueNAS Scale. What are the plans of the vendor to make the scale after they decided to not use #GlusterFS for that purpose. With #Ceph maybe?

What “glusterfs” means
WikipediaGluster Inc. was a software company that provided an open source platform for scale-out public and private cloud storage. The company was privately funded and headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, with an engineering center in Bangalore, India. Gluster was funded by Nexus Venture Partners and Index Ventures. Gluster was acquired by Red Hat on October 7, 2011.
