Another leg of the Teifi Valley Trail completed in icy conditions. Lampeter to Llandysul. Highlights include muddy riverbank walking and ancient Bridleways. It also had a lovely steep hill at the end to finish me off! #TVT #Carmarthenshire
Fantastic adventure on the Teifi Valley Trail again today. Only a short afternoon stroll from Maesycrugiau to Pen-rhiw, by Llandysul. Despite the distance it was full of stunning scenery, interest and. Bloody big hill at the end! #TeifiVall
