What “paging” means
Wiktionary · Wikipediapaging/ˈpeɪdʒɪŋ/
- verbTo mark or number the pages of, as a book or manuscript.
- verbTo attend (someone) as a page.
In computer operating systems, memory paging is a memory management scheme that introduces a level of indirection between physical and logical addresses and allows the physical memory used by a program to be non-contiguous. This also helps avoid the problem of memory fragmentation.

every network with a public tag surfaceFollow #paging straight to each platform’s own tag page. Where a platform publishes open data we measure it above; the rest lock their numbers behind paid APIs, so we link rather than guess.
Every number above is measured from a named public API at the shown fetch time. Nothing is estimated or extrapolated. Platforms that lock their data behind paid APIs are not shown. Agents: the same numbers, as JSON, at /api/hashtags/paging
