今天本来打算chill, 明天巴格达跟快乐老家相比估计会像地狱一样，先节省点能量。不过最后还是走了不少步。半年前我在车上看到路边有一个科林斯立柱，这次我搞清楚了原来是卡拉卡拉时候立的，在90年贝鲁特大挖掘中出土，最重要的是铭文上盖塔的名字又被抹去。去年在Cendere大桥我写过一个damnatio memoriae, 这是我见过的第二例，有空再详细说这个拉丁铭文（看看我这一趟到底能留多少坑）。https://m.cmx.im/@Noveboracanus/1088007550
回贝鲁特之后去了之前一直没开门/没找到入口的 Al-Omari Mosque, 本来是十字军建的圣约翰教堂，Romanesque建筑挺漂亮，然后去了向导说的市中心的罗马浴场。在90年代的时候哈里里要把市中心建成商业区，扒掉老房子，发现地下全是考古遗迹。当时贝鲁特是世界上考古现场最多的地方，全欧洲的人都跑来，现场培训一下就可以参与挖掘。后来开发商等不下去了，把大部分出土现场铲平，出土物堆在一个地方，就开始造高楼了。现在只剩下一个Roman forum, 一个Roman bath
