  • Micron is reportedly ending production of its 2GB GDDR7 chips used in some RTX 50 GPUs. It’s shifting toward 3GB GDDR7, which can enable higher VRAM capacities using the same number of chips. This does NOT mean RTX 50 is being discontinued.
